KETO PUPPY CHOW / MUDDY BUDDIES
Despite the name and appearance, these are a delicious chocolate treat for humans! Puppy chow is an American sweet snack made by coating a crunchy cereal (usually rice chex, but for keto I used crunchy fried pork skins) with melted chocolate and peanut butter, then tossing those chocolate-y morsels in powdered sugar (I used Swerve powdered sweetener, but you can also use powdered plain erythritol).

DIY POWDERED ERYTHRITOL:
To make your own powdered erythritol, just blitz granulated erythritol (which is much cheaper) in a dry blender or food processor until it has been ground to a fine powder. Store in an air-tight container and sift before using since making this pure without additives means it can clump easily the longer it sits.
